"Due to the nature of our handmade, natural products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. However, we want you to radiate confidence! If your product arrives damaged, or if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please email us within 7 days so we can make it right with a replacement or store credit."

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [admin@fashlifebeauty.com]. Please include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A description of the issue

We will review the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
